Great location.

Parking was a plus.. very welcoming staff and very helpful.

A bit old, and outdated, ass all older hotels are. But clean and spacious rooms.

Definitely would stay at this hotel again

Very central to the grotto everything within walking distance

Would be a nice if tea/coffee making facilities were available in the rooms,although we were provided with a complimentary bottle of water so that was nice but hard to beat the cuppa!!

Very clean , respectful and good location

Not enough parking on site . All parking were reserved. But front desk allow us to park for few minutes to load and unload and offer us parking on the street

Room had a fantastic view of river and mountains - staff all were really friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was very central. But very disappointed as we and another couple were the only guests at the hotel out of 205 rooms. No atmosphere of guests mingling so we only used the hotel to stay the night. No one to eat with or have a drink in the bar. So wondering why this was the case.

Great location, nice view, clean, very nice people working there.

Its location. The hôtel is very close to the sanctuary but not so close as to see all the tourists. We had a beautiful view towards the river, and Pic du Jer and the Pyrenees which was lovely.

Unfortunately there is a bar on the street, I don’t know if it’s the hotel’s, that plays music on and on and on and people party until later than 12 at night, making it difficult to go to sleep, before the noise stops. Breakfast could be better, it has a small variety of bread, for protein, ham and cheese, no eggs and for cereal 2 options.
